Our annual development workshop took place a few days ago with the presence of all teams from Paris and Montreal. It was an opportunity for all the collaborators to discuss, create and innovate. It was also moments of sharing, conviviality and relaxation in an informal setting conducive to communication. At PhinC, we place our scientists and collaborators at the center of our concerns and we are completely rethinking our management methods by insisting on cooperation and the pooling of knowledge. Moreover, all the team members identify with our common values around Ethics, Independance, Human, Agility & Innovation
